Happy Birthday to ME!

As of yesterday, I am now twenty years old!

Yay Me!!

Sandra and I had just arrived at the mall when i got a call from my mom asking if i would come back and pick her up....To say the least i was a little bit bugged....but when we pulled up to my house i understood what was really going on!

{Then hours later it was off to dinner at Samauri 21! Yummy!}

The 20th year of my life....

...is about to begin!

Yes, it is very true. In 20 days from today i will have entered the 20th year of my life.

Crazy I know!

I still feel like that chubby little girl full of life and attitude. The little girl who begged and begged her mommy to let her take dance classes and always knew she was a Princess!

My life really has been all sorts of wonderful and i wouldn't trade any of it for the world,

but I would be lying if i said that I was a little freaked out about leaving these teenage years behind and moving on into the world of adulthood and responsibility!

People always tell me...

"This is the best time in your life so enjoy it!"

or my personal favorite...

"You are in that time in your life where you are making the biggest decisions of your life, choose wisely!" No Pressure or anything right?

The thing is, as much as I hate hearing these they are so freaked true.

So, I have decided that the next year of my life will be all about making the most

of the 20th year of my life.

I heard of a project that a famous photographer did and I loved it and stole it for my own.

Here is the break down:

Rule 1: I am going to take at least one picture everyday for the next year (365 days).

Rule 2: It doesn't have to be of anything exciting and or it doesn't have to be an outstanding photo...it just has to help document my life.

Rule 3: I will post the picture each night before i go to bed.

Rule 4: I cannot miss a day!

Sounds fairly simple right? I thought so too!!! :)

The challenge starts on my birthday- DECEMBER 20th, 2011

and will continue till DECEMBER 20th, 2012!

I am going to do it on a different blog so follow that one too!!

Hapy Birthday Daddy!!

Today is my favorite man in the whole wide world's birthday!! I love him soo soo soo soo much!!

He has always been there for me. I know that he always will be.

I know everyone says this but literally about my dad it is so very true.......

"I HAVE THE BEST DAD IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD!!"
.................................and you know it is true! :)

My dad is the hardest working, most kind hearted man i know.

(Which is amazing for me but lets just say..."dad you set the standards high for finding an eternal companion! so thanks for that!!" :))

I cannot thank him enough for everything he does for me!
I wouldn't be here today with out him and all of his help and support.
I know that BYU isn't you favorite place dad
(because he like a place un-named on this blog of holyness. it might start with a big fat U though.)
but because of you supporting me through answers to my prayers i can be at this amazing place and only 3.5 hours away from you!!

I love you Daddy! More than anything!

Dear World...i have two things to tell you!

Today i have officially been converted to Jimmer!

What a stud of a player! I am starting to find my love for basketball...to bad the seasons over.

And too bad we lost tonight...but whatever! We at least made it to the sweet 16!

I know i know...for those that know me, you never thought you would hear those words escape my mouth...but they have. and i am proud to say it!!

I LOVE JIMMER...AND HE IS FINE!

on to more important news....

TODAY IS MISS HILARY AMMONS 19TH BIRTHDAY!!!

My very first BYU friend!

And someone who will be in my life basically forever!

I love you girlfriend!

The story of us....

Once upon a time i was put into a group of people where we had to sit in a really long line and wait forever for food at freshman orientation.

There was a girl in my group named hilary.

She was funny, pretty, and totally awesome in every way.

The first conversation we had was "look how cute he is.." "oh, look at him!" and it was then that I knew we were going to be good friends........i almost ruined it when mid operation 'MAN CHECKING OUT' i said to her...."look at him in the green, oh he is so cute!" and her reply...."Hey i know him."

she then called his name and he turned around and waved at her.

Needless to say....i was embarrassed! haha :)

good thing she just laughed at me...and we have been laughing ever since.

We spent the next few days together during the cougar walk, making new friends, and surviving the worst English teacher in the world together.

Just when i thought we had made it we were then magically placed into the death-of-all-college-classes together

...American heritage...

she is the only thing that makes the class worth going to!!!

Now..she knows how cool she is but...
