Dear Dad,
You have always been there for me. Whenever i needed a friend, a blessing, or just someone to hit. ;)
I can't believe the time has already passed where i had to move out and live on my own. I have to be honest one of the hardest things about that process was knowing that i wouldn't have you around everyday to jump at any opportunity to give me a blessing, to have the priesthood in my home, and just having you there made me feel safe.
I have to admit you passed some of your best genes down to me:
The ability to sleep just about anywhere.
in hot sticky Florida.
or even in classes at byu.
(notice both on your shoulder :) )
You also passed on:
Your Blue Eyes!
and so much wisdom:
somethings that you have taught me...are the most import things in life. They are things i will always hold most dear. :)
go to church. no matter where you are. and no matter what.
Work hard. Play harder.
Spend your time with those you love most.
don't waste your time on things that don't matter.
Gain a testimony. and let nothing waver it.
Befriend those who have millions of friends and those who have no friends at all.
Tell those you love that you love them. often.
show it in acts of service.
Remember you are never alone.
Prayer in the most important thing you will ever do on your knees.
kind words are only to be spoken.
Yelling doesn't solve anything.
There really are some amazing guys out there. if you exist then one has to for me somewhere.
Always be kind to your neighbors.
the unknown deeds are the most appreciated and rewarding.

I miss you. I wish i was there to be able to celebrate your birthday with you.
I have no idea what it is like for you....but this is hard for me with it being the First big family get together and i am not able to make it home.
I love you a million trillion times. Sending your birthday wishes while i am working hard and studying harder in school.
I know i will get to see you soon!
