History in the making.

Almost 10 years ago, i was in 4th grade watching the news and history had been made.

SEPTEMBER 11, 2001
The worst attack on American soil had occurred. I watched it all on T.V.

I remember everything.
The fear that was going on inside.
My hands were cupped over my mouth in unbelief.
My friend Kiri was standing on her chair next to me.
All the desks were pushed to the side of the classroom.
There were not very many students there.
I was in Mister Paynes 4th grade class. the little tv in the corner on the wall.
...And i had no idea the magnitude of what was happening.

This last September 11th, one of my high school teachers remarked
"Your age (18) are probably the youngest ones to remember that day." I honestly think he was right.


Today History was made. again.

What a wonderful speech!!! He is really good at them!

I am having mixed feelings about this because...
yes, he killed many. But, He is a human being.
Just because he is evil doesn't mean we have a right to kill him.

All that is giving me comfort is that no matter what happened here on earth,
he will suffer in the end unless he repents! (i hope he does)

Tonight though we can all sleep a little safer in America!
