Taken too soon.
3 Summers ago. 2008. I had one of the most incredible opportunities in my life.
I got to spend the summer in Alabama at an Auditioned summer intensive for ABT.
Enough said right?
But more then the amazing classes, the brilliant teachers, and the beautiful campus i was blessed in having the chance to meet life long friends into my life. Friends that would remain there forever.
or so i thought........
This past Sunday Corrine Patterson Passed away in her sleep.
She was 19.
A Freshman at the University of Cincinnati.
Majoring in Ballet.
Her life has just began, and it was all taken away from her in an instant.
Corrine: You were amazing. Beautiful inside and out. The times we spend laying on your bed drinking juice boxes, riding the bus to and from classes, our long talks, the funny games we played, and the jokes we laughed about will never be forgotten.
I love you with all my heart and I know i will get to see you again someday.
Until then...Keep dancing for God.
You will be missed by millions!!!
